Too expensive for amenities. I’ve been staying there for decades.
Nickel and diming has made me consider staying elsewhere. Late check out fees are exorbitant . $9 for a cup of coffee. Dining options are limited. Used to have a great Japanese restaurant.
4 of 10 stars. No longer a fan. Heartbreaking unfortunately since I used to love this place.

It was great to have so many amenities right on site. The room itself was pretty good and served its purpose. A little dated though and some wear and tear over the years. The added resort fee (over $100/day Canadian) was a bit frustrating on top of there being an up charge or added charge for everything (everything from pool loungers to food and room service).
