“We chose this property as a home base to explore Waterford and Wexford Counties. We like being out in the countryside away from the bustle of bigger towns. So glad we found this place. First of all, the hosts are terrific, having stocked the kitchen with some basics (including homemade bread!) until we could get to the grocery store. “Our extended family enjoyed a quiet relaxing week at Curradoon House everything you could wish for was in the house and every room was in immaculate condition. The owners Miriam and Pat were very helpful. Although in the countryside we were only 20 mins from all the beaches on the Copper Coast and some of the party enjoyed a day riding the Waterford greenway, Lismore Castle and the Nire valley. The scenery in this part of Waterford is beautiful. A 5* stay.”

“Great location but the property is a little tired”

“Clean, comfortable and relaxing. We came down from Dublin and spent two very relaxing nights here. We swam in the Celtic Sea, and spent time in the pubs with the locals. Some musicians befriended us while walking and everyone was so friendly! The property manager met with us promptly on arrival and gave us a nice tour and overview. Enjoyed every minute!”
