Family Beach Home in Cherai beach village. Suitable for working from home.

This is our family holiday home. We used to spend a lot of time on this beach when our kids were little and so decided to build a home here. We love staying in this modern home near the beach when we are in India. The fully equipped house will give a sanctuary for both kids and adults while exploring this part of the world. We would love to share this privilege with you while we are away.
The house has two en suite airconditioned double bedrooms upstairs and one double bedroom downstairs. An open plan kitchen, a dining area that opens into the garden and lounge gives ample living space. A fully equipped kitchen will help Mum and Dad to create kids’ favorite meals. There are several restaurants not far from home too.
The house is located between the beach and backwater, both of which are at a walkable distance. There are several popular beaches within a short distance from home. Kochi international airport is a 45-minute drive. Several places of interest are nearby too. We will be happy to share our knowledge to help you to access these places.
There are two bicycle available, which you are welcome to use if you wish to explore the village. We also have a 2+1 "sit on" kayak which is available only for the experienced visitors. Do let us know in advance if you are keen to use this as it requires some help to take it to the launching spot and we need to make prior arrangements for that. Kayak users need to indemnify us of responsibility in the event of any unfortunate mishap.
The house is suitable for people who want to work remotely and kids on home schooling. It has an optic fiber Wi-Fi connection, an inverter to ensure constant power supply and a mains connected voltage stabilizer to protect from voltage fluctuations.
We can assist if you need someone to clean the house or to drive you around for additional cost. There is a caretaker, who lives nearby, who will look after basic requirements during your stay. They can also cook or provide basic south Indian meals on request. We will be available to answer any queries on the phone if needed.
