“This apartment hotel is in a great location. Located at a hill and there are many restaurants right at the bottom of the hill which is around 10 mins walk and the walk is very nice.
The unit itself is space efficient and has everything described. The host is very responsive and friendly.
We slept very well there and value is great.
We would highly recommend this place to everyone staying in Kyiv!”

“Considering the apartments are in the midst of an ongoing war, it is impressive to see how the gated community has adapted to enforce curfew, have excellent facilities, restaurants and playgrounds on site. Great apartment, excellent shower, TV, comfy bed, washing machine, kettle all you need! ”

“No electricity!!!
I understand its war time and it might happen, but Hotels usually have generator, or at least let us know before, and allow to cancel, let me find a warm hotel.

“I would not recommend this apartment. When I checked in, I immediately noticed there were roaches everywhere. It was extremely uncomfortable and unsanitary. I contacted the owner right away with video evidence, but instead of taking the issue seriously, they brushed it off and gave excuses.
This is absolutely unacceptable for any rental property. Cleanliness and pest control should be a top priority, and unfortunately, this place failed completely. Save yourself the stress and avoid this……
