Luxurious apartment for 4 persons with parking directly in front of the terrace

Our apartment is located only a few meters from the promenade and the Baltic Sea coast with the beautiful beach in Kühlungsborn-West.

Already in the moment of your arrival you will feel good and be able to relax immediately! Once you get out of the car, you can enjoy the beautiful Baltic Sea air and mostly even see and hear the gulls!
Not far away are also two designated dog beaches. You can reach them via the beach access 1 and 14.

Our apartment is tastefully and comfortably furnished in country style with great attention to detail. Enjoy Baltic flair at its best!

The lovingly selected pieces of furniture will inspire you from the moment you enter. There is no lack of decoration and great pictures!
For our reading enthusiastic holidaymakers, there is a cozy armchair with a reading lamp in the beautifully furnished living room.
Of course, the apartment has two LED TVs (living room and in both bedrooms) and a radio.

The new kitchen is fully furnished and leaves nothing to be desired.
A bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and thus ensures a relaxed wellness feeling. In the second bathroom there is a shower and an additional sink.

In the two bedrooms, both furnished with bright, chic furniture, you sleep comfortably in two double beds with a bed size of 180 / 200cm. Here you will find a restful sleep.

On the terrace and in the garden you will find garden furniture including 2 beach chairs and a beautiful beach chair.

Erholsamer Urlaub ! Gerne noch einmal !

Schöne und gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung fußläufig zur schönen Strandpromenade mit direktem Zugang zur Ostsee. Reichlich Auswahl an guten Restaurants und beste Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ein Urlaub ist dort unbedingt zu empfehlen.

Gemütliche Fewo

Die Fewo hält was die Fotos und die Beschreibung versprechen. Angenehm war, dass auch im Mai noch die Heizung lief, da die Abende recht kühl waren. Top die Nähe zum Strand. Einziges kleines Jammern auf hohem Niveau war, dass die Gartenmöbel schon sehr ausgeblichen waren. Sie sind bestimmt gar nicht so alt, aber wahrscheinlich dem Wetter ausgesetzt. Liebe Frau Meier, wir haben uns sehr wohl in der überaus stilvoll eingerichteten Ferienwohnung gefühlt. Überall gibt es Liebe zum Detail. Sowohl die Wohnung als auch die Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Alles war sauber, funktionsfähig und nicht, wie man es häufig erlebt, abgewohnt. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war das WLAN, welches quasi nur für Whatsapp nutzbar war. Aber darüber sieht man gern hinweg, wenn alles andere stimmt. Fazit: Wir kommen sicher wieder! Mit den allerbesten Wünschen, Fam. Steckler.

echt gute Lage in „West“; anfängliche Probleme mit dem WLAN wurden behoben ; netter unkomplizierter Kontakt zu den Vermietern ; schöne Infomappe - nur die Angabe, wohin mit den Abfällen, die fehlte ; zweiter Schlüssel wäre toll Alles in allem waren wir sehr angetan und freuen uns schon aufs nächste Mal. Dann testen wir vielleicht auch mal die vorhandene hauseigene Sauna an.
