Amazing hotel. Very well situated and athmosphere. Amazing ondsen and great Japanese breakfast. Nice room and facilities. Attending to the religious ceremony is a must. A real Japanese experience

The hotel’s lobby looks nice and facilities functioned well with comfortable beds and rain shower. Customer service was excellent. English speaking staff were always available. The hotel lobby right next to a cemetery-share the same wall. The wash basin was at the room hallway, not sharing space with toilet and shower. It is convenient if everyone is awake but not if someone still tried to sleep. No laundry facilities or customer laundry. The closest laundrymat is 8 min walk but works very well.

This is a beautiful property (very modern and well designed). Great location to many things (markets, restaurants, train station, bus, etc). Would totally come back again!

Great location. Wish they had larger rooms for families having more than 3 persons. This is great place for a couple to stay. Breakfast is really good with 3 traditional Japanese options or an American option.
