"The host switched the unit number at the last minute and I had to ask for the code to get into the building. Also, the bed was not made and there were no sheets nor pillows on the beds. I could not stay there and am incredibly disheartened with this experience."

"the unit came with a 1/4 roll of toilet paper. we ran out after our first day. we asked for more toilet paper six different times on two different platforms. We were gone for the day and didn't come back until midnight. They never supplied more toilet paper and we had to find some very late at night. ..."
