Il est spacieux, lumineux, moderne, très bien équipé et entretenu. La résidence est calme et idéalement située : à un petit quart d'heure de marche du centre de l'île Rousse et de la plage très belle et familiale (trajet que nous avons effectué quotidiennement sans souci avec nos 2 enfants); à quelques minutes d'un grand centre commercial et des routes desservant Calvi et la Balagne. Le contact avec le propriétaire et les membres de l'agence immobilière à été très chaleureux et accueillant, comme la plupart des gens rencontrés à l'île Rousse qui est un magnifique endroit pour découvrir la Corse. Sep 1, 2016 #### Si vous aimez le calme ā fuire Si vous souhaitez du calme ā fuire absolument, nous avons été dérangé par le voisin de palier en titre (locataire a l'année) qui semble avoir quelques problèmes de comportement, celui-ci semble quelque peu perturbé et pousse des cris de façon récurrente le jour , la nuit,et proféré des insultes tape aussi dans le mur et aussi dépose sa grosse poubelle ouverte dans le tout petit couloir qui relie les 2 appartements que nous avons dû enjamber pour rentrer dans le studio et bien sûr les odeurs qui vont avec par 35°. De plus le studio est situé à proximité de la route principale et il est impossible de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes, camions, motos, voitures. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de ce studio et du balcon.....dommage car le studio est bien situé et une jolie vue sur la mer. Les parties communes sont aussi très salles. Le propriétaire nous a dit que c'était la première fois qu'il rencontrait ce genre de problème, j'en déduis que soit les vacanciers n'osent pas se plaindre, ou alors que ce voisin nous attendait pour gâcher nos vacances......c'est toutefois bizarre car apparement nous ne nous connaissions pas aucune raison de nous en vouloir...... ##### ghislaine g. Contactez le propriétaire : il nous a fait une remise pour ce deuxième séjour ! nous avons opté pour l'option deux roues cette fois-ci : c'était génial. nous avons parcouru les plages Calvi à Saint Florent. l'appartement est toujours aussi bien. Pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas le quartier : mention + pour la proximité du centre Leclerc qui est très pratique le soir en rentrant de plage (ouvert jusqu'à 20h30). la propreté était aussi irréprochable que la première fois. le retour à la maison est bien difficile ! À faire : le marché des petits producteurs de Lumio le samedi matin (À 5-10 minutes de l'appartement en véhicule). Merci encore. ##### Lisa C. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent #### Lisa C. Apr 17, 2015 #### Tout était parfait. Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. Il ne manque vraiment rien. Les deux lits sont très confortables et on a bien profité de la terrasse avec une belle vue sur la baie. Pour Ile Rousse, nous avons tout fait à pied plage, centre, port. Très pratique : le propriétaire a laissé un classeur indiquant les bonnes adresses et les lieux à visiter. C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons en corse mais la 1ère fois en cette saison. Nous avons tellement aimé que nous reviendrons en juillet…pourquoi pas au même logement. ##### Lisa C. Archival ### 8/10 Good #### jacqueline a. Oct 28, 2014 #### très bien situé, pratique avec une très belle vue En mai 2014, nous avons effectué un séjour enrichissant et très agréable à l'Ile Rousse. L'hébergement est proche de la plage, du centre ville aux nombreux commerces. Nous avons particulièrement appprécié la terrasse du F2 ( au 3ème étage avec ascenseur) et la très belle vue sur la baie . Cette station a agrémenté nos visites par son marché avec ses produits locaux et par le petit train train touristique Ile Rousse-Calvi ou on serpente le long de la côte avec la vue merveilleuse sur les plages , l'eau transparente, puis la découverte de Calvi. Les villages perchés de Balagne sont aussi très pittoresques. La visite à Saint Florent peut se faire dans la journée. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour, L' Ile Rousse et l'appartement sont à recommander. ##### jacqueline a. Archival ### 6/10 Okay #### Frederic B. Aug 6, 2014 #### Parties communes trop sales, pb de parking Je rentre d'une semaine au mois de juillet dans cette location. L'appartement est très agréable (très bonne literie, clim), cependant il faut savoir que les parties communes ne sont pas nettoyées et sont affreusement sales (escalier, ascenseur, couloir). De plus, il y avait un vrai problème de parking au mois de juillet (plus de place après 20h) et ma voiture a été dégradée lors de la 2eme nuit (inscription à la clé sur mon capot...) (j'ai déposé plainte à la gendarmerie qui est à 200m). ##### Frederic B.
