Il est spacieux, lumineux, moderne, très bien équipé et entretenu. La résidence est calme et idéalement située : à un petit quart d'heure de marche du centre de l'île Rousse et de la plage très belle et familiale (trajet que nous avons effectué quotidiennement sans souci avec nos 2 enfants); à quelques minutes d'un grand centre commercial et des routes desservant Calvi et la Balagne. Le contact avec le propriétaire et les membres de l'agence immobilière à été très chaleureux et accueillant, comme la plupart des gens rencontrés à l'île Rousse qui est un magnifique endroit pour découvrir la Corse.
