La Bresse is located 13 km south of GĂ©rardmer, in the heart of the Vosges, between trees and forests, hills and valleys, lakes and streams. Here you'll find an abundance of leisure activities, including cycling, fishing, walking and water sports! Lac de GĂ©rardmer and Lac de Longemer are 15 km away. In La Bresse there is a water park, a great party for your little ones! Near La Bresse is the Route des CrĂȘtes, a magnificent route that is certainly worth taking. This beautiful wooden chalet is located at the end of this pretty holiday town in a neighbourhood of chalets. You are in a wooded area and, as the chalet is situated in the upper part of La Bresse, you really do enjoy a fascinating view over the valley. The chalets are far enough apart to ensure the privacy of the inhabitants. The chalet is full of atmosphere, both inside and out. The owner has given it a cosy, comfortable feel with a modern twist. There is a terrace in front of and next to the chalet. With garden furniture and barbecue.

Om het slaapgedeelte te bereiken moest je een stijle ladder beklimmen, wat voor mij niet mogelijk was. Hierdoor heb ik noodgedwongen op de bank moeten slapen. Dit had bij de beschrijving vermeld moeten worden. Geen fijne ervaring en mede daardoor zijn we eerder naar huis vertrokken. Koken was slecht mogelijk, omdat de indicatieplaat niet goed functioneerde. De badkamer was prima, het balkon en uitzicht waren mooi, beheerder vriendelijk, maar verder was het een teleurstelling en voor ons niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour à la Bresse. Le chalet est trÚs propre avec tout ce qu'il faut. Idéal pour deux personnes. Les lits (1 de 2 personnes et 1 d'une personne) sont faits à l'arrivée. A proximité des lacs et commerces. TrÚs bon accueil.

Fijn compleet chaletje met fraai uitzicht. De vriendelijke beheerder Jean-pierre Christiaens komt geregeld informeren of alles naar wens is. De aankomst was wel problematisch. Volgens Belvilla is Chalet ' le renard' no 20c, maar in werkelijkheid is dit 20d. Helemaal bovenaan links. Nummer 20c bestaat wel maar had dd 24/7/21 geen huisnummer en was dus ook niet te vinden op het terrein. Het sleutelkastje werkte niet. Belvilla had tevoren een 6-cijferige code verstrekt voor een digitaal kastje terwijl het sleutelkastje een 4-cijferig nummerslot heeft. Maar ook met de juiste code van Jean-pierre is het kastje geregeld niet te openen. Niet gebruiken dus. Gelukkig was de deur open en zat de sleutel aan de binnenkant van de deur. Na deze problematische aankomst hebben we een fijne tijd gehad en prachtige wandelingen gemaakt. De buren hebben juist veel gefietst; kan ook. Het parkje met chaletjes ligt enkele honderden meters van een doorgaande weg door het dal. Stil is het daardoor niet, maar hinderlijk luidruchtig gelukkig ook niet. Geen last van muggen gehad.
