"We spent a lovely night in the Emerald Suite. The hosts greeted us on arrival and explained all the amenities, as well as answering a few questions about nearby activities. The room is spacious, comfortable and brand new. The bed is excellent and the shower and bath have great water pressure. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a good night's sleep at a family-owned establishment off the beaten track. "

"Really nice hotel with excellent staff. All members appeared well trained and were extremely friendly. Great position and easy to access. Room was very large and good breakfast. One of two parts now need updating but on the whole very nice hotel. Parking was confused €20 a night which is fine but some guests were parking free just in front of hotel which we could have done had we known. Very dog friendly. Would definitely stay again. "

I have messaged w them in advance and they have been very responsive to my needs. I think the bedding is great, the room is spacious, and cozy. The hotel is slightly remote in terms of public transit but if you have a car, this is not a problem. The restaurant menu is somewhat limited but the selections are appealing. Make sure you make reservations in advance if you plan to eat there as it is not a large restaurant. I plan to go every year! "
