On the ground floor of a beautiful villa, a very bright apartment type 3 of 52m2 completely renovated, quiet. Large garden, terrace, sunbathing, sea view, private parking. In a residence located in the heart of the historical and exotic heritage of the seaside resort, protected from the wind (hence its name: Coat!) thanks to the surrounding hills. A few minutes walk from the Corniche, 2 km from all shops and the beach of Sablettes, large natural beach of white sand. Abundant vegetation, peaceful sea, exceptional exposure to the sun of the Côte d'Azur! Cozy accommodation, to the taste of the day and all comfort, bathed in light. A few minutes walk, the Corniche de Tamaris, lined with villas with eclectic architecture and Italian, Oriental and Swiss inspiration, connects Fort Balaguier (17th century) to the beach, the park and shops. Ideal location, you can easily reach the surrounding towns and villages. Boat dock a few minutes. Many walks on foot, bike, boat or car, between sea and forest ... Een weekje vertoefd in kerstperiode. Vriendelijk ontvangen door gastvrouw. Eigen parkeerplaats. Mooie uitvalsbasis voor wandelingen in de buurt! Omgeving is prachtig en je kunt met de boot naar Toulon wat ook een aanrader is!

Un petit coin de paradis

Nous avons fait un excellent séjour dans ce bel appartement, dans un environnement propice à la détente. Le tout était impeccablement propre et bien entretenu. Tout le nécessaire pour la cuisine et la lessive y étaient. Navette de bateau pour Toulon et la plage des Sablettes à quelques minutes de marche. La gentillesse et la disponibilité de la propriétaire. Une note parfaite. A recommander vivement.

Diese Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut eingerichtet und in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ein idealer Ausgangspunkt um mit dem Auto die Schönheiten Südfrankreichs zu erkunden. Wir haben es genossen. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war schnell und unkompliziert.

Schöner Aufenthalt in einer tollen Wohnung

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Wohnung. Diesmal war eine hochwertige und leise Klimaanlage dazugekommen, die die Nächte zu einem erholsamen Schlaf werden ließen. Marie als Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gleichzeitig zurückhaltend. Die ruhige Lage in dem Villengebiet mit eigenen Liegen und Gasgrill konnten wir wieder sehr genießen. Vielen Dank, Marie. Eine tolle Unterkunft!

Perfect geoutilleerd, ruim, smaakvol ingericht appartement op zeer rustige locatie. Fijn terras. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw met o.a. duidelijke informatie over de route naar, de enigszins moeilijk te vinden, locatie. Enige minpunt: restaurants, winkels etc. niet op loopafstand.

Nice stay

Nice stay. The apertment is clean and confortable, located on top of an green and quiet hill in La-Seyne. The hosts are friendy and there is a nice black cat always around in the garden. Not far from the sea, however unconveninet to walk to the beach (car is needed). Services at the vicinity are scarse, it is a long walk to reach the nearest small supermarket, at the end you'll use the car even to go to the boulangerie.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend auf einem Hügel. Man wohnt unter den sehr diskreten Vermietern in einem Einfamilienhaus. Man hat den Eingang und die Gartenmöbel zum Hof des Hauses, wo man selber parkt, aber auch die Vermieter. Sie machen einen Parkplatz im Carport frei für das eigene Auto! Somit steht es sicher und im Schatten. Die Auffahrt ist etwas eng. Die Wohnung ist perfekt ausgestattet! Es fehlt an nichts. Für mich war das WLAN etwas langsam. Das kann verbessert werden. Zum Strand, zu Restaurants und zum Einkaufen braucht man zwar ein Auto, aber man fährt nicht länger als 15 Minuten. Die Lage ist so, dass man viele Sehenswürdigkeiten in ca. 2 h mit dem Auto erreichen kann. Nur nicht am Wochenende fahren, weil da die Autobahnen voll sind. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und würden die Wohnung jedem empfehlen.

Apparemment tout simplement parfait, situé dans un très beau quartier. Le parking est appréciable, et le jardin vraiment beau (avec deux petites chaises longues au soleil). Marie est absolument adorable, à l'écoute mais discrète. Merci encore beaucoup pour ce beau séjour !

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Dies war eine der am besten ausgestatteten Ferienwohnungen, die wir je gebucht haben. Sie liegt in einer ruhigen Wohngegend auf einem Hügel des Ortes mit einer kleinen Terrasse, Sonnenschirm und Sonnenliegen inklusive. Ebenso ist ein überdachter Stellplatz für das Auto auf dem abgeschlossenem Grundstück zur Verfügung gestellt. Einkaufgelegenheit, Bademöglichkeit und Bootsanlegestelle für eine Fahrt nach Toulon (15 min) liegen in Fußnähe (10 min), zu größeren Einkaufscentern und tollem Sandstrand benötigt man dann doch das Auto (ca. 2 km entfernt). Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge eignet sich La Seyne-Sur-Mer sehr gut, Highlights wie Sanary-Sur-Mer, Marseille, Aux-En-Provence oder auch Saint-Tropez sind innerhalb von 30 min bis 1h30 min zu erreichen. Die sehr nette Familie der Vermieter wohnt mit auf dem Grundstück und kümmert sich hervorragend um die Gäste. Sehr zu empfehlen !
