Very bright fisherman's house, 4 bedrooms, with direct view on the oyster port of La Teste. We put at your disposal 3 bicycles.
Charming garden with access by a gate on a cannelot.
Large garden side terrace to enjoy good times with family or friends.(full east)

Entry into the interior space:
Living room with two sofas, a basic table, dining area: A large table / 8 chairs / 4 stools / 1 low buffet / all in a bistro atmosphere.
Fully equipped kitchen: oven / microwave / fridge / freezer / dishwasher ... with direct access to the wooden deck.
A mezzanine secured above the main room: two single beds. It is accessible by a wooden staircase. (possibility to accommodate 2 children over 10 years old: 2 single beds)
At the ground floor:
3 bedrooms including a master bedroom with private bathroom: walk-in shower and sink.
French window in each room with direct access to the garden. Calm assured.
A hallway serves the three rooms.
Another bathroom with walk-in shower / sink and 1 toilet.
Hanging terrace on the garden side with direct access from the kitchen and to the garden by stairs: large teak table and 8 chairs.
Garden with garden furniture for 8 people. Sheets and towels included in the price. Ride with my personal pinasse possible on request (fee) and according to my disposition.

Nous avons passés un agréable sejour en famille ! Cabane très bien située, avec une vue atypique .Cabane très propre . Merci a Christelle pour son accueil et sa disponibilité. Hotes disponibles également a distance si besoin. Il faudrait juste preciser sur l annonce un accès difficile pour certaines personnes pour acceder dans les chambres ( escalier non adapté ) . Nous etions accompagnés de personnes octogénaire et ça aurait pu poser soucis durant le séjour. A noter un acces extérieur pour acceder dans les chambre si besoin . Location a conseiller car sejour très agréable

Nous avons passé un très bon moment en famille . Nous étions 7 et pourtant nous avions nos espaces. Grande pièce à vivre salles de bain petites mais fonctionnelles. Des équipements managers et électroménagers ainsi que des jeux. Tout était fait pour passer un bon moment merci

Wir waren mit zwei Familien für eine Woche in Arcachon. Die Lage des Hauses hat uns super gefallen. Wir haben uns total wohlgefühlt und konnten uns zu 8. gut aufteilen. Die Treppe in den unteren Bereich ist zunächst eine Herausforderung gewesen, aber sie war gut geschützt und auch unsere jüngste mit 3 Jahren konnte es gut meistern!

Une maison parfaite pour les vacances. De beaux espaces, un jardin et un cadre idyllique, on s’y sent bien tout de suite. Elle est très bien situé: commerces et pistes cyclables à proximité , tout en étant dans un environnement calme , le top !

Wir hatten als Familie einen sehr schönen Urlaub.
Das Ferienhaus hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Treppe nach unten zu den Schlafräumen war sehr steil. Wir kamen gut zurecht. Allerdings haben wahrscheinlich jüngere Kinder oder auch ältere Personen Schwierigkeiten, da die Treppe sehr eng und steil ist. Im Inserat steht, dass das Objekt nur eine Toilette hat. Das ist nicht richtig. Es befanden sich in jedem Bad eine Toilette. Der Garten war eingezäund, so dass unser Hund sich frei bewegen konnte. Wir haben morgens und abends die Terasse zum Garten hin genutzt, viel gekocht (Küche ist gut ausgestattet) und uns rund um wohl gefühlt. Christielle war jeder Zeit erreichbar,sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat immer auf Englisch geantwortet.

Dépaysement total
Évasion par rapport à notre quotidien champêtre ds cette typique maison du bassin , balades quotidiennes ds les pres salés sur la plage et le port accompagnés de nos amis a 4 pattes qui ont bcp apprécié aussi, exploration du bassin guidé par notre hôte très sympathique, des vacances au top !!!

Au cœur du port ostreicole
Hébergement idéalement placé, situé au coeur du port, cela permet de vous promener à tout instant. Le logement est décoré avec goût, très propre et spacieux. Jolie terrasse pour prendre les repas. Accueil très sympathique par Fabienne.

Dépaysement et originalité.
Location très sympa., mais absolument pas adaptée pour notre groupe de 4 octogénaires, dynamiques certes !!!, mais manquant de souplesse. Vraiment il faut le préciser sur l’annonce, car sur les photos l’escalier est blanc et nous pensions qu’il menait à la mezzanine et nous ne savions pas comment étaient conçues les cabanes ostréicoles.

Une cabane authentique et idéale sur le bassin d'Arcacchon
Voilà un lieu que l'on voudrait garder pour soi seul; une cabane authentique et animée du charme de sa vue sur le port de la Teste, à quelques coups de pédales d'Arcachon (sans effort).Bonus: des propriétaires sympa qui proposent une sortie sur le bassin en pinasse classée: cela ne s'oublie pas.Génial!

Lieu calme et typique
Endroit idéal pour découvrir le bassin sur les bons conseils de la gérante du bien. A proximité d'arcachon, du lac de cazaux, de la dune... La maison est aménagée avec goût, est très bien équipée, idéal pour un séjour en famille. La vue sur le petit port est idyllique, la terrasse propice à la dégustation de fruits de mer (possibilité de les acheter près de la cabane sans prendre la voiture). Voisinage très calme. Cuisine bien équipée. Literie confortable et linge de maison également. Nous n'avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais ils étaient tout à fait disponibles pour toutes demandes. Merci pour ce beau mais court séjour.

Accueil très sympathique pour cette location très très bien placée. L'aménagement de style loft industriel est du plus belle effet. La terrasse arrière couverte pernet l'accès au jardin ainsi qu'au chambres évitant l'escalier en collimacon sportif. Cerise sur gâteau la gentillesse du propriétaire. Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable à la loubine, il faudrait être très difficile pour qu’il en soit autrement ! Céline et Frédéric ont été absolument charmants et ont tout fait pour faciliter notre séjour. La maison est formidable, décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la terrasse ombragée avec vue sur le jardin et les oliviers, surtout par fortes chaleurs. L’emplacement est calme, proche de commodités et idéal pour visiter la région, qui est magnifique...ou manger des huîtres évidemment ! Bref, nous avons adoré !
