A pousada é muito confortável e o quarto muito espaçoso, limpo, cama confortável. Funcionários atenciosos, gentis e solícitos. Café da manhã gostoso.

Deve ser a quarta vez que fico no Mercure e a experiência dessa vez não foi das melhores. Quase 1h pra entrar no quarto, mesmo chegando depois do horário inicial do checkup. A Tv do quarto estava com problema que a imagem estava verde e solicitei 2x o reparo e não foi resolvido. Solicitei que trocassem a Tc e nada foi feito. O café da manhã se espera 30min para receber uma tapioca. Uma única pessoa fazendo ovo e tapioca para um hotel cheio ê impraticável. Além disso o chuveiro estava sem pressão. Água quente porém fraca, muito fraca. O cofre tb estava com defeito mas foi consertado assim que solicitado. O telefone do quarto não funcionava, tive que ir até o restaurante para poder pedir uma comida que deveria ser roomservice. Realmente não sei o que aconteceu, nunca tive uma experiência ruim como tive dessa vez em um Mercures de vários estados e países.

Worth every dollar/ euro! I travel a lot for work in Asia, Africa and Europe, and have spent my fair share in many properties. The Fera hotel is simply gorgeous and its staff are amazing. From the warm, welcoming and professional team at reception to the cooks and waiters offering sumptuous breakfasts and lunch each day to the maids who left no detail overlooked while cleaning our room to the rooftop bartender who kept us hydrated and happy each afternoon through sunset. The building itself has been lovingly restored. We loved the details of our Superior room and its views of the city; the eye-catching and beautifully designed common areas (lobby, restaurant, rooftop pool); the incredible sunset views from the rooftop each evening; and even small details like the fragrant satchels of lavender left next to our pillows during each evening's downturn service. The hotel itself is ideally located in the Old Town with fantastic restaurants nearby and only 10 minutes from the Barra beach neighborhood. Highly recommend!
