Wonderful location, they had to relocate us to sister property and make sure we got a suite do to issues beyond their control

The beds were comfortable in the room was nice; however, we were on the eighth floor and water came into our room from the ceiling two different nights when there were big storms. The next day, when I went to get into my bag, my bag and everything in it was wet. Luckily nothing was destroyed, and we chose not to change rooms, even though they offered, because we only had one night left (stormed this night as well, but we had moved everything out of that corner so when the ceiling leaked, it didn’t affect any of our things). I have the feeling that this is an issue that has been going on, and ours was not the only room they were having problems with - You could see old water damage to the ceiling and the wall under the window. Additionally, their parking garage was completely shut down and so you had to park across the street and walk to get to the hotel. They did have a very small area you could pull in and drop your luggage off and pick it up, but that was also a pain. Would not stay again.
