After calling a few people off-site (and with different area codes) it got straightened out. I was given zero information about the property, pretty much just handed a key with a number on it and left to my own devices. "We had a fantastic stay at this property for a ski trip. The house and land are as lovely as the pictures and are very private. Visited on an extra chilly and windy stretch but house incredibly warm and cozy even during a brief power outage thanks to an automated generator. Outstanding responsiveness from host. We would return without hesitation!"
