![#BeachTips - Manda Island is in Lamu Province in Kenya across the harbour from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Lamu Town. To get to Manda Island, you land on an airstrip and have to take a boat to Diamond Beach Village. The boat pulls up onto this beach and you grab your bag and head off to your personal grass hut. Because this beach is almost on the Equator, the sand is boiling hot!
