This is a great location and a cute house, but it was not clean! The refrigerator was dirty and stunk so bad we could not open it! We stayed Saturday to Friday. Ask for room service for clean sheets and towels on Tuesday. Did not hear from home service again till Thursday. Never did get our sheets changed

SpringHill Suites by Marriott East Lansing University Area
Room was filthy. Staff was distant and cold except one guy. Room was never cleaned in 4nights/5days they just changed towels once. Pool was closed that was one of the reasons of booking this particular hotel. Location and parking was good. Breakfast very basic.

The door handle on the room was broke when I said something about it 4 different times it never got fixed. The toilet ran constantly they wouldn't do anything about that we left on Mon instead of on Thursday because it wasn't safe
