“Loved our stay here!! Beautiful views, porch was a plus, air conditioning worked great, comfortable, and we own had our own parking spot right outside the door. The only small downfall is the entrance is pretty dangerous as it's hard to see cars coming from the one direction. Recommend 1000%! Our favorite stay out of the 4 places we stayed in Costa Rica!”

“Great manager, she is kind, knowledgeable, funny, and easy to reach. The place was clean and good location. Great for those on a budget not needing every amenity. If driving, back into parking lot. Grill currently not available due to building of an outside sitting area. Not sure you can walk to marina in 20 minutes, nor would I given the hill, but you definitely cannot walk to the park. Don’t think this error in landmarks is the fault of Tico Tico though, but the reason for my 3 stars on……

“Great place with a great view and great location close to Restaurants and Manuel Antonio national park. Would recommend getting a 4x4 as the driveway is a little steep but other than that the place is amazing !”

“Host was very quick to response and apartment was great. We loved the pool. We also thought there was a washing machine (the listing mistakenly stated that) and the host was willing to cover our laundry service cost for the inconvenience, which we greatly appreciated. We highly recommend this place!!”
