Enjoy the blissful backyard, mature landscaping, pool/spa, covered patio with table and chairs, the Weber barbecue grill is hooked up to natural gas so you will never run out. The property is in a quiet family friendly neighborhood. The Las Vegas strip is only a $20 ride share away.

The property, as required by the city of Henderson, has a noise monitor inside and outside the home. This device does not record. It only measures noise in decibels. There are security cameras on the outside of the home. There is 1 camera in the front of the home, there is 1 camera at the backdoor that partially views the pool. It does not view the spa at all. And there is 1 camera on the pool equipment. There are NO cameras inside the home.
