The Cateract Gorge is a few minutes away Located just a short drive from the city, you’ll have easy access to cafés, restaurants, and shopping while enjoying a quiet, secluded retreat away from the noise. This property is perfect for solo travellers or couples. Launceston CDB, Hospital, Cateract Gorge and much more within a few minutes drive. 🏡 The Space ✨ 1 Queen Bedroom – A dreamy, comfortable bed for the perfect night’s sleep 🛁 1 Bathroom – Fresh towels, quality toiletries, and a relaxing shower 🔥 Cozy Fireplace – Snuggle up with a book or a glass of wine by the fire 🚗 Private Carpark – Hassle-free parking right at your doorstep 🌲 Nature & Serenity – Wake up to birdsong and unwind in peaceful surroundings Guests have access to the whole property We are available any time during your stay. Please reach out if you need anything. No parties. If you host a party at any of our properties, you will immediately incur a $1000 fine plus damages. Parties of any description are not allowed or accepted. We are very strict on this. A refundable $300 security deposit will be charged upon reservation confirmation. This is required to cover any incidental damages and will be automatically released within 7 days after check-out, provided the property remains in good condition. Guests who stay past checkout time without prior approval will be charged a minimum $50. If guests require a porta cot, there is a $50 charge per stay.
