"My husband and I enjoyed our stay. The cities of Angers, Tours and Le Mans were a highlight. The only downside that if you’re a light sleeper the traffic is very noisy at the property from 6.00- 8.00 am. Otherwise i couldn’t fault our stay."

Seul point négatif, le dernier couchage est un canapé-lit dans la pièce de vie qui n'est pas isolée de la lumière."

"This was a great house for our family. It had everything we needed including a wonderful swimming pool. It was in beautiful rural french countryside, yet had the convenience of a supermarket only 10 minutes away. There was lots of room for the children to roam and play."

"Wonderful gite situated on a quiet lane . In its own plot with a good amount of space to park your car . There is a lawned area to sit out on ( sun chairs provided) and also a very welcome tree for shade . There are 2 tables ( 1 dining and 1 bistro type table and chairs to go with) . The gite is spotless and makes for a very comfortable stay . We visited Alencon and LeMans , both easy to drive to from Fresnay. There’s a local market in Fresnay on Saturday. "We stayed hear a group of 7 upstairs of the mill is of a good standard downstairs could do with a bit of modernisation however this did not spoil our stay the location is fantastic right on the river with no other property to close to spoil the quiet we had one problem with 2 mattresses being hard and uncomfortable we spoke to the owner in the morning despite a few language problems she agreed to change them a 5 pm Sunday night the same day 2 new mattresses arrived the best service I've ever...
