Located in Robert, shared very central for touring the island, the property is a small house on a private estate including another housing with a beautiful sea view.

The small house has a living room with kitchen (including dishwasher), a bathroom with Italian shower, and a large air-conditioned room upstairs with a bed of 160. A laundry room with washer and dryer is available. Housing is equipped with WIFI and satellite TV.

The accommodation has a private terrace and access to a swimming pool overlooking the sea with an outdoor shower.

Located on a point jutting out into the sea, you can enjoy a beautiful view and the quiet of a sought after area. A departure to visit the islets of robert canoe is a few minutes.

Nicolas ne pouvait pas être un meilleur hôte, et était incroyable tout au long de notre séjour. Un de nos meilleurs séjours de vacances depuis des années.

Amazing views!!
We loved this property! The house is as described. We used the kitchen everyday and anything you would need to cook is provided. There is an espresso machine as well if you know how to work it. The bathroom is large enough for a couple and the water runs hot. The bedroom is huge with a bed and a daybed and chair for those that enjoy reading. We spent most of our time on the balcony taking in the impressive view. There was a table with 2 chairs to enjoy your meals. There was also 2 lounge chairs for sunning by the pool. The pool isn't deep but works wonderfully for cooling off. The hosts were very hospitable. Our flight was delayed and we arrived late therefore we missed dinner but the hosts gave us food until we could go to the store in the morning. Nicholas mainly speaks French but he understands English exceptionally well if you speak slowly. We do not speak French so having someone that understood us was nice. The house overlooks a bay and the views are amazing from the bedroom window. The neighbors are relatively close but far enough to provide some privacy while indoors and around the pool area. The WIFI was fast and we had no issues with it. The tv was in French so we opted not to watch any. We did use the washing machine once and it cause no issues, super easy to use. The drive to the house is shared with the neighbor but once you arrive it is easy to get up the large hill the property sits on. We had a manual vehicle and didn't have any issues driving to the house. If you struggle with driving manual definitely get an automatic.

Vue imprenable et calme envoûtant
Notre séjour chez Nicolas et Sandrine fût ressourçant. On ne se lasse pas de la vue a toute heure de la journée. Merci encore à nos hôtes pour leurs attentions, petit planteur au frais à notre arrivée , jus de goyave et ananas ( du jardin!),... Merci pour tout et à bientôt ous l'espérons.

L'idéal pour 2 personnes
Si je donnais dans la facilité je dirais que tout est parfaitement décris dans les informations du site ainsi que dans l'ensemble des commentaires... Cependant, au vu de notre excellent séjour, je voudrais souligner la gentillesse et la disponibilité de Sandrine et Nicolas qui font tout pour vous faciliter la vie : Nous nous sommes perdu le premier soir, Nicolas est venu nous chercher. Nous avons aimé le gratin de christophines offert par Sandrine et particulièrement apprécié d'avoir pu disposer de la maison jusqu'à 15h00 le jour du départ. Le grand atout de cette maison est la vue splendide qui vous hypnotise. La situation géographique est idéale pour visiter l'ensemble de l'île. Si la chambre est immense, la partie salon/cuisine est assez petite mais pour 2 c'est suffisant d'autant que, si le temps le permet (et il nous l'a permis) la terrasse permet de prendre les trois repas de la journée en profitant du cadre merveilleux. Il faut être équipé d'une voiture permettant de gravir la forte pente qui mène à ce havre de paix. Une chose est sure, si nous revennons en Martinique, nous privilégierons cette adresse...

appartement agreable tres propre , vue splendide - terrasse impossible à utiliser trop de vent
Prévoir une voiture qui grimpe les cotes .. accès très pentu( abri pour la voiture) .Accueil chaleureux rapide et efficace . La chambre est très vaste et très agréable . Le coin séjour : cuisine manque de petits ustensiles (casserole, bol , couverts, saladier ...) l'absence de coin séjour est un inconvénient lorsque l'on ne peut pas utiliser la terrasse ( mauvaise météo), mais compensé par une vue splendide . Nous recommandons cette location.

Modernes Ambiente mit herrlicher Aussicht
Wir waren 6 Tage bei Nicolas in Le Robert. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ganz oben mit herrlicher Aussicht auf die Bucht. Sie ist hochwertig ausgestattet, großes Schlafzimmer auf der Empore mit echtem Holzdielenfußboden. Geschmackvolles Bad, einer Küche mit gut gelösten Details und einer herrlichen Aussicht über die Bucht. Nicolas ist ein freundlicher und angenehm zurückhaltender Vermieter. Poolbenutzung möglich sowie überdachter PKW Stellplatz. Wir haben uns äußerst wohl gefühlt. Die Location ist für Unternehmungen aller Art ideal gelegen. Klare Empfehlung für Urlauber die "in Ruhe gelassen" werden wollen und die ein Faible für Modernität und Stil haben. Top Adresse.

Une semaine magique loin du tourisme de masse
Il faut être clair. La vue est exceptionnelle. Suffisamment pour vous donner envie de rentrer déjeuner le midi pour profiter de la vue et de la piscine. Accueil génial. Un repas nous attendait car nous arrivions tardivement. Merci beaucoup. Très souple pour les horaires de départ car notre vol décollait à 23 heures. Encore Merci. Quant à l'emplacement idéal loin du tourisme de masse , il nous a permis de découvrir les îlets du Robert en Yole avec un pêcheur comme guide et d'être conseillé pour des visites pertinentes.
