“Nice place to stay at. Short drive to go to Nashville. Nice property and pond to take a nature walk to.”

“6 of us stayed at the house to visit family in nearby Castalian Springs . We took a day trip to Nashville and a night trip there the next day. We had a great time relaxing in the hot tub, the home was clean and spacious. Owner was helpful and kind. We saw lots of deer on the property and enjoyed being near family for a short visit. Had groceries delivered with no problem. The weather during our stay was too cold to enjoy a lot of time on the deck but it was a great space for when it warms up a……

“My husband and I stayed here when my son was graduating from MTSU. Everything was perfect! And it was such a wonderful get-away from the city (and yet an easy drive to the city). I loved the front porch, the farm-fresh eggs, the comfortable bedding and the hot shower! And the check-in/out process couldn't be easier. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you!”

“We enjoyed our stay, it’s close to downtown but not in the craziness of the city. Easy Lyft ride to downtown but Nashville East was more our style for nicer restaurants and cocktails and coffee shops. The cottage was small but we were only there to sleep so it fit our needs perfectly. Cute house, clean and had off street parking with gated driveway. The owner was easy to communicate with as well. We would stay here again.”

“We enjoyed the cottage house! It was beautifully decorated and just a delightful place to stay. Location was convenient to downtown as well. Wish our stay was longer but if we are ever back in the area will stay again.”

“You'll have no regrets staying here. All the amenities you could need in a cozy and safe cottage. A short drive to all of the Nashville hot spots. Broadway, Grand Ole Opry, Nissan Stadium, Bridgestone Arena. Most Uber/Lyft rides were $10-15, with only a few around $20. Jim and Tina felt like old family friends who were kind and accommodating. Highly recommend for anybody wanting to be close to the action without being in it and wanting an affordable comfortable stay. Would stay again!”

“What a beautiful place! Elegant décor in a quiet, relaxing spot. The space was extremely clean and well-appointed, with everything we needed and plenty of room. Set on a hill out in the country with lots of acreage; nice to wake up to the birds singing. Wonderful screened-in porch off of the bedroom, great for a morning coffee! Owners live on site and were both friendly and responsive to anything we needed. Definitely would go back!”

“So I learned I only have 1500 characters to review this property and it's not nearly enough. Samantha is the best host I have ever conversed with and she truly has done everything she can to ensure you have to think of nothing. Just bring yourselves, your clothes and get ready to relax and unwind. Or explore and adventure. There is so much beauty from waterfalls, to hiking trails within minutes of the house. We could get to most places we wanted within an hour. Nashville is just a short 45 mins……

“Hubby and I absolutely loved this adorable private, comfortable guesthouse and charming, low-key neighborhood! We’re so glad we stayed here vs the craziness of downtown Nashville; we walked to amazing restaurants, bars with live music, and shops daily, and had only a short Uber ride into downtown. Shane, Kate, & Cooper were also the best hosts— kind, accommodating, and detailed. We highly recommend staying here!!!”

“We were pleasantly surprised by the aesthetics of the property as well as the on-location dining. Our accommodation (2-bedroom) was clean with modern finishes. There was no TV in the bedrooms but we were mostly out during our stay. The staff was exceptional. We will definitely stay again when in the area.”
