"Easy check in process. Very clean and quiet. "

"The room was very clean and the beds and pillows comfortable. There was a mini frig but no microwave which would’ve been nice as they sell delicious looking cinnamon rolls. Our room did had a balcony, but it was at the end of an atrium so the view wasn’t as magnificent as it would have been from other rooms. All of the staff that we encountered were super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. You have to pay for everything including the boat ride around the inside of the hotel. It was beautifully decorated for Christmas and the plants were amazing. Parking isn’t included and it’s pricey per day considering you are also paying daily resort fees. The self parking was far from our room and the particular area we were in (The Magnolia section) didn’t have a dedicated lot as other sections did. Overall, it was a great stay! Conveniently located to a huge mall and cheaper restaurant options as well. I would like to go back!"

"This place was great. The bartender Layne(I think) was amazing. The front office night girl was also amazing . Only thing I would say is the flyer they give you to order pizza from the local place that delivers to the hotel is not great. Food took a very long time, was cold and not great. Other than that hotel was great. Will def stay here again just not order from that place I think it’s called Margaritaville."

"Room was very clean. The only thing that needed attention was both the sink and shower did not drain well at all. After a 10-minute shower I was standing in 2 inches of water. "

"Clean room, excellent staff ( nice gentleman brought us towels at 1AM). All the staff was nice. Nice hotel BUT CHARGING FOR PARKING is the reason we will look for other options. Breakfast is great. I would recommend if you don’t mind parking a long distance in the cold at night because they have functions too that can make you walk and still pay for parking."
