"Girl who checked us in and out was incredibly rude and very unhelpful. Bedrooms are nice and very clean, smallest bathroom I have ever seen though!! Bar in hotel closed at 11.00pm so no residents bar. We have stayed here over 10 times but won't return, gone downhill!!"
