“Yes rooms were spotless and super clean. I had provided Seanzin the owner few suggestions and hopefully they will be implemented.
Food was excellent and staff were so cordial it beat all of my expectations. Everyone performed at their excellence and in particular Surjit Singh , Anthony and Seanzin the owner are worth praising for their excellent performance. Keep up the great work guys. ”

“Fantastic experience! Located in a very quiet neighbourhood with beautiful views of the mountains on the balcony. The personell were very helpful with taxi bookings and all other things. I happened to forget my headphones at the hotel, at which the hotel owner personally delivered them to me at the airport. Great service at a great hotel.”

“Poorly designed toilets. There was a nail sticking up from the floor near the bathroom which is dangerous. Food was mediocre at best.
Hotel was clean. Staff were very helpful..”

“Absolutely wonderful experience!!! The manager Tsering Chondol is amazing, I would thoroughly recommend asking her to organize a full itinerary, she was so helpful and she really took time and care to help us plan our trip around Leh, so it would fit our needs. It was an experience of a life time and I do believe we owe this to her. The hotel is super clean, pretty, well located in Leh center, Wonderful spacious rooms, great breakfast. The staff were so so nice and hardworking in particular...
