Below Crans, in the district of Route du Golf, in a quiet position, 1.9 km from the lake, 2.7 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac, in the countryside. For shared use: garden lawn. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use). Parking. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2.5 km, restaurant 500 m, bakery 2.7 km, bus stop "Crans-Montana, Maroz" 300 m, railway station "Funiculaire Montana Gare" 4.2 km, bathing lake "Moubra" 3.4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 1.9 km, tennis 3.3 km, skisport facilities 2.6 km, sled run, cross country ski track 600 m, ice rink 3.4 km.
