Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor: entrance hall, bathroom (shower and toilet), down a step access to the living room with fitted kitchen. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed) and a small attic bedroom (1 90x190 bed). 24 m² terrace (small electric water barbecue), lean-to with small sheltered terrace (washing machine and possibility of also storing bicycles). Landscaped garden of 270 m². Parking in the free public car park in front of the house, 10 meters away. Overlooking the port of Lézardrieux, 100 meters from all the shops, this charming stone house completely renovated with quality materials will surprise you with its history. It was the old bread oven of the town...Since then, Nathalie the new owner has endeavored to respect traditions while adding comfortable equipment embellished with modern decoration...and it's a success! You will particularly appreciate the south-facing garden and if the weather is capricious, you can take the air under the covered terrace. On foot, you will reach the city center and crossing the car park, you will have direct access to the marina. The small Traou Treiz beach on the Trieux river is just 400 m away: from there, a beautiful view of the bridge... For the large family beaches, head to Paimpol 7.5 km away where you can discover the lively quays all the year. 13 km from the pier for Ile de Bréhat.
