"Apart from the reception and 2 staff on the beach cafe bar the rest of the staff were absolutely miserable. None of them was helpful none of them was welcoming and none of them was friendly. Quite disappointing as it’s affiliated by Melia group. Will not come back!"

"We arrived after11:30 PM and reception was closed. They did have an emergency number and I was able to reach a staff member to let us into the room. The room had ants. We couldn't resolve it until the next day. Didn't use the pool as the beach was a short walk."
