Das Haus war sauber, die Küche war bis auf die leider defekte Kaffeemaschine sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Grundausstattung des Hauses kann als solide beschrieben werden. Die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar und konnte bei Fragen immer kurzfristig helfen. Aufgrund der topographisch hohen Lage des Objektes ist jeder Weg z.B. zum Supermarkt oder Bäcker eher lang.
