“Clean rooms and stay was great ”

“I am a disabled traveler who uses a wheelchair. The room I stayed in was freshly remodeled and yet the bed was the old fashioned “high bed”! I was very disappointed. I could barely get up to it to sleep! The door had no lowered peep hole and the closet had no lowered closet rod, only 2 shelves. The roll in shower was nice, but had no curtain to protect your parked wheelchair from getting wet. All this is unacceptable! The only saving grace was that the pool had a chair lift! It was broken at……

“During my 2 wks biz trip, here is the best one I stayed with. Comfortable bed and pillow let me can sleep over night. Delicious and various breakfast made me impressed. There is a small suggestion that I did highly appreciated the staff came to pick us up in raining day, but my suitcase is broken due to it didn't be put well while we are in shuttle bus. Anyway, thanks for giving the great experience, although the surrounding is inconvenience this hotel will still an option to visit again in the……
