“My husband and I received such poor service at the front desk during our stay on 08/20/2026. We booked our room through Expedia and paid in full prior to arrival. Upon check-in, the front desk informed us that a $100 deposit was required. When my husband offered his card, the lady stated that cash was required for all third-party reservations. When we asked to speak with the manager, the lady instead called her supervisor, and placed her on speakerphone. We explained that we are returning……

“No one at desk when checking in. No ice on first floor. Long walk to breakfast.”

“We arrived late and called in advance about late arrival. The room we reserved (2 beds) was not held for us. We ended up getting one bed and a pullout sofa which had suspicious (blood?) stains on the mattress. The noise from people using a shower or a faucet in a room above or below us was very loud. The room insolation is poor. Breakfast was decent.”

“A Good Hotel”

“We booked a king suite but intentionally did not book an accessible room which was an option. We were "assigned" an accessible room upon arrival and told that "because we booked through a third party" (Expedia) we could not have a non-accessible room as " those were for guests that booked directly with the hotel" when they were overbooked. After much discussion, the manager said that they had found a non-accessible room, but it would not be ready for 30 minutes. We left and returned a little……

“I believe the property has been purchased by a different group. It seems like the maintenance in and out of the building are not kept to the standard that I was used to. I did not recognize any of the staff this time that I’ve come to know over the last four years of staying there.”

“The room was decorated modern. It was clean! The breakfast was just right. I would recommend”

“The property looked like it had recently undergone some renovation and it felt clean. The staff was friendly at check-in and the complementary breakfast was great. I would definitely stay here again.”
