"An excellent choice if you're visiting Hangzhou — the hotel's proximity to West Lake is one of its biggest highlights. After dinner, we found ourselves taking long, leisurely walks along the lake, which was absolutely lovely. We had a corner room facing the lake, and the view made it even more special. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable throughout our stay. What really stood out was the staff. We arrived late at night and they went out of their way to help us with a charger adapter and extra bottles of water — no fuss at all. This was during the Qingming Festival, so the hotel was very busy, yet every single staff member remained cheerful and genuinely happy to assist. Highly recommend for both leisure and first-time visitors to Hangzhou!"
