It was very clean and tranquil, exactly what was needed after getting away from a big city. The views of the many islands on the River Shannon were breathtaking. Anne was very friendly, easy to contact and accommodating to our needs. We would highly recommend it for somewhere to stay, especially to anyone wanting a relaxing stay in a picturesque setting"

"After having spent a couple of nights at a so-called 4-star hotel in London, the easy-going simplicity of Park Inn, its kind, approachable staff, the relaxed and quality dining, and the thoughtfulness of an openable window and a portable fan made for a superior and very relaxing and ver convient experience. I have been through Shannon a dozen times but never stayed here before -- I plan to, next time I visit Ireland. "

"We arrived late after a long drive, and check-in was quick with friendly, helpful reception staff. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant – great food and wonderful wait staff. We loved the location, especially compared to other properties we passed through in more congested areas.
