"This property was presented as “exceptional” it was average and OK. Staff was extremely knowledgeable and very nice. However, the room is tiny, and the bed and pillows were very hard. The price was reasonable that the property should be listed as good, not exceptional."

Even prior to check in Mery the property manager was very accommodating organising an early check in, and thereafter she was very responsive to any requests.
