“We enjoyed a short 2-night stay at this home and were very impressed, to say the least. Check-in was easy, the kitchen had everything we needed, the spa was amazing and the house itself is very homely and nicely laid out. Our hosts were extremely prompt with replies even late in the evening. Street parking can mean a 3-4 minute walk back to the house, if no space nearby, which was not bad at all.”

“This was a very nice place to stay. It was quiet, decorated very nicely and was close to the a coffee shop that had the best flat whites! It was a 10 min walk to all of the shops, restaurants and pubs thats situated along the river walk. The bed was very comfortable and came in handy after a long day of touring!”

“Everything in this place was perfect! There were so many cute details and the owners thought of everything to create a cozy place to stay. We really appreciated the onsite parking and we were able to walk to so many places. The restaurants in this area are especially good. Our family of 4 all enjoyed this beautiful space and didn't want to leave. ”

“Everything you need is there to make your stay memorable. Location to Kaiapoi, Rangiora, Christchurch and surrounds perfect. Airport only 17 mins away. Us Ozzie's found it a bit cold around April with Temps around 3⁰C at night and 15⁰C in the daytime. After we worked out the generous heating appliances supplied in the house. All was fine. Although an electric blanket or two would have not gone amiss.”

“The property manager was very helpful and let me park in his garage for one night because my daughters car was full with her belongings as she was moving into the university halls of residence.”

“We spent a week at this flat while my daughter attended a holiday workshop nearby. The location in Merivale/St Albans was excellent, with good restaurants, shops and supermarkets nearby.Clark was a lovely host who kindly accommodated our changing needs.”

“The property was extremely nice and comfortable and is also kept very clean and well looked after.It had everything available to use including a washing/dryer combo which came in handy to have clean fresh towels Parking wasn’t an issue. Plenty of off street parking.We would definitely consider staying again on our next visit to Christchurch It’s the perfect place too stay”
