a)入住單位4天,首2天要進行天面維修,店主表示沒房更換,不會作任何補償;Stayed for four nights, construction is going on for the first two days on the balcony, yet the hotel offered no compensation and wasn’t able to provide alternative room.
b)住宅有維修工人出沒,單位房間不能上鎖,店主表示不提供財物保存、不承擔財物損失; Construction workers (which was not their official staffs) are going in and out, the bedrooms got no locks, and they offered no security for our properties, felt unsafe to keep our personal stuff there.
c)酒店表明客服時間為9:00-20:00,除入住當日,管理處一直無人接待。The hotel stated that the office hour will be 9:00 a.m. to 8:00p.m. However except the first day, there was no one at the reception.
d)民宿欠整潔,兩張床單都有積,本說明會有基本清潔,但四天都沒有清潔,更沒有倒垃圾。洗水機壞掉,不斷滲水,本人要透過電話及電郵要求提供住房清潔、清理垃圾及通知洗衣機失效等等,至退租日洗衣機仍未能使用,本人要另行自費到洗衣店清洗衣物;The room was dirty and dusty. There was dirt on both bed sheets. They have stated that there will be basic cleaning, however no cleaning is done and the rubbish bin wasn’t cleaned up until I called and emailed to their headquarter office to inform them to clean the room and clear the bin. Still rubbish was not picked up until the last day. The washing machine was not working, and water leaked all over the floor, I ask for repairing, but nothing is done, I need to pay for laundry outside.
e)工作人員因本人致電其“私人”電郵而回郵開駡,但該郵址持有本人個人資料,意即本人個人資料外洩? A staff used personal email to send and forward my personal details (passport), and when I contact him with that email, he got really mad and scolded me.
