“The staff are great and are very helpful, the rooms we were in were atrocious. The double queen was very hard to use the TV and the balcony wasn’t even a balcony at all. It looked over the cover for the entryway the king bed that we were in the first time smell very musty and dirty, we asked to be moved to another room. The next room smelt a lot better, but upon further examination had black mold everywhere, rust, balcony was not secure, door handle fell off, it was just a bad experience. The……

“1st the night manager was very helpful. The hotel was not very maintained. The first 2 night I woke up to a pool of water from the a/c. The room was never serviced. No fresh towels. The night manager moved me to a new room. The next room was very loud and made lots of noise. After 2nd night of noise I went to the office and called the manager and informed them of the noise.
