“This place was perfect. The view from the deck is spectacular. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. We loved kayaking around the peaceful lake, it was October and the water was pretty chilly but we managed to get on and off without getting too wet. I am already considering another stay next summer. ”

“The house is beautiful and the views from every window are gorgeous! The two fireplaces were enjoyed by all. The hot tub was very inviting and relaxing. My favorite room was the enclosed porch. Everyone said that their beds were very comfortable. The kids enjoyed making s’mores in the fire pit. The garage was well equipped to work on bikes and get in a quick game of ping pong. The hosts were very welcoming and extremely patient with all of my questions. ”

“I enjoyed my stay here. I came to Northwest Arkansas for the mountain biking and was able to get in a couple rides right from the house as the Back 40 loop passes about a block away. Having a clothes washer and dryer was great for my 10-day stay. I prefer to eat in after a day of riding and appreciated the nicely equiped kitchen including a dish washer. There was a lockable storage room in carport for my bike and hose under the deck to wash my bike.My only complaint is that the deck was……
