Booked expecting a fairly hassle free process to book only to be asked for a photo of my passport, bank card details, home address and more (ajority of which was NOT needed) Anyway arrived to find someone parked in my reserved space in what was essentially a public car park but not the end of the world, however once i stepped through the door thats where the problem came. “No door key as all digital, had to use phone which is ok but only gives access to 1 person. Shower temperature was luke warm at it's hottest, shower gel dispenser didn't work. Also the air-conditioning didn't work, had to use the fan instead. Room was noisy due to the adjacent pub.”
