"the room really wasn’t very clean at all, especially the toilet, really not clean. i scan their QR code to ask for extra soap bar and box of tissue, i waited for two days, i never received them, at end of two days, i had to go downstairs to reception to ask for them, plus on that day, i am using the last roll of toilet paper. they did not replenish with extra roll after room service. really not happy with the hotel. the staff at reception was very nice though. and the hotel is situated in a very convenient area , about the only good thing about the hotel. "

"酒店房間望雙子塔景，離單軌秋杰站行5分鐘就到酒店，酒店附近還有紅色線免費巴士到中央車站，行經獨立廣場，非常方便。酒店樓下就是街市，有多種水果，價錢便宜，還有榴槤店面，住了6日，食了3次貓山王，由酒店行路去雙子塔約15-20分鐘，行經夜市，有街頭美食，行去sogo都方便，我對住hilton garden inn north湖意，有機會一定會再入住。"
