"Do not imagine yourself staying in a five stars hotel. This is a very old property. The furniture and amenities are old and beat up. The staff is friendly and competent. The cleaning crew is very friendly and did a good job. The issues arise from the property showing its age that’s all. If you want a true luxury experience I suggest looking for another place:)"

"Perfect check in experiencs. Super helpful and we upgraded 2 rooms to executive suite so as to have connecting rooms as we have children travelling with us. Suite comes with free bfast, afternoon tea and dinner at the club house. Nice view at 40th floor club house Every staff was attention to details! Didnt manage to get the name of a staff serving bfast at 2nd floor. She saw us pouring milk to our coffee and immediately made a cup of hot milk for our coffee! Superb service from check in to bfast to dinner to even then cleaning ladies. Location is good too. Highly recommended hotel!"
