“Nice service and friendly staff”

“I want to get the negative comments out of the way. the room that we selected (the superior room) was not what were expecting. it wasn't the biggest room we've been in and the balcony was very small so if we wanted to see the view of the park, we had to move the chair from the balcony to then open the door. and the mini fridge wasn't very cold even when we had it on all night when the room card was in. now to the positives. it was nice to see that there has been a lot happening in the hotel in……

“Excellent choice for breakfast. The setting and location is wonderful - sitting round the pool, looking towards the sea. Right next to the cute small town with some lovely restaurants. Hotel of a good standard with equally nice comfy rooms. Would have given a 5 out of 5 apart from on occasion, not enough staff on at the bar pool area in the day sometimes and some of the sunbeds are past their best. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Posizione fronte mare, comoda per visitare l’isola e con ristoranti raggiungibili a piedi o con pochi minuti di macchina. Personale cordiale e colazione buona e discretamente fornita essendo un piccolo hotel. Tuttavia il servizio di pulizia non è il massimo. C’era odore di fogna nel bagno e purtroppo l’ultima notte abbiamo avuto una spiacevole esperienza per la presenza di blatte nella camera. Il personale non ha aiutato molto e ha giustificato la questione sostenendo che può succedere essendo……
