Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
our holiday was disaster because the property was claiming that we don’t have booking, when clearly on my expedia account it says there that I have. We have to stay on the street for almost 6rs and I was on the phone talking to expedia for 5 hrs and so, just to look for a relocation for us. I seriously don’t know what happened with my reservation with this property, all I know that weekend was Formula 1 was in town. I made my reservation long time ago, and who knows why my reservation disappeared. A simple email coming from the property if they cancel my reservation due to high demand and prices matter was much more decent for them to do. Not claiming that I didn’t have reservation or that they can’t find my reservation. It was such a hassle on our part, we are so excited for our holiday at Madrid but it was ruined due to what happened. So keep an eye on this one specially if there’s some great event in the area.What happen with my reservation with this property was I strongly believed was intended..
