Java - 3 bedroom and shared pool in Almagro

Our mission is to empower individuals to immerse themselves in new places by having a home wherever they go. We do this by providing artfully designed fully furnished and serviced apartments for stays of one month or more. We are currently present in some of the most important cities in Europe.

Java is a 129 square meter apartment of 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The design is subtle and the space is luminous and bright with vibrant green plants.

The apartment is spacious and modern, with new finishings and sleek hardwood floors. Upon stepping into the apartment, there is a coat closet facing the first bathroom which comes with a full shower.

The first bedroom is characterized by a large mirror adding dimension to the space. There is a queen-sized bed and a personal desk for all remote work needs.

The second bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a dedicated work area. The space is flooded with natural light. There is a second bathroom which comes with a full bath with shower.

The main bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom and ample closet space. The bedroom, fitted with a queen-sized bed and private work area, has a clean and modern decoration. The bathroom has both a large bathtub and a separate full shower, as well as two sinks.

Past the entrance, you will find the living area. The fully furnished kitchen is divided by floor-to-ceiling glass from the living room. The living room is composed of a cozy lounge area and of a dining area with a sleek dining table.

All bed and bath linens are provided.

*We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract.

*We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund request related to these two issues.

*Please note that the building amenities such as the pool and/or gym may have specific hours of operation and might not be available year-round.

*Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts.

To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay.
This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
