“櫃台人員很友善的介紹景點，每天也都會準備一些小點及咖啡在一樓櫃台附近，覺得很貼心 套房式的房間維持的相當乾淨，家具、床組都保持得很好，住了三天睡起來很舒適。 地理位子很好，晚上吃東西或是逛街都方便。 到處都有暖爐，讓你不管走到哪~都可以很舒服的窩著 唯一的缺點就是離開時趕時間要搭火車，但櫃台服務人員正好在接待一組新客人，等了一陣子讓我們很緊張，這部分~可以多些彈性”

“The shower drain was not working at all, so when you take a shower you will have a pool instead. I did say something to front desk, they said we would take care and they never did it. ”

“Convenient location, near Gran Via and in a quiet building. The beds and the bathroom are simple but clean and tidy. It would be nice if they can provide kettle in each room, but you can ask hot water from the reception.”
