"I really wanted to leave an excellent review. The cottage is as advertised, peaceful, fun to have horses as neighhhhhbours! Unfortunately the beds rate 5/10. The sheets are polyester, which in the summer feels like sleeping in a shopping bag. There is a mattress topper which feels nice, but two adults, 5’10” and 6’2” it kept sliding around so we lost 5” to the side of the bed overnight so the queen felt like a double. If you’re solo sleeping you would be fine. Shower is 10/10. great water...

"A wonderful older couple owns this motel. They were very friendly. We had a nice room. It's on a unique piece of property with a great water view! Secluded, quiet, and very clean room. One small suggestion is since there was a coffee maker, it would have been nice to have some coffee and condiments to go with it. We loved our stay."
