An Ibis Budget hotel tends to offer a relatively small & spartan room, and this was no exception. (Things like no tissues; two thin & scratchy towels; some dirt on the floorboards and dust in the corners.) However, I had no real complaints! I especially appreciated their awesome, large buffet breakfast with hot foods & rotating pastry selections, and the counter selling water & sundries at all hours. Staff was quite friendly, and spoke enough English that nothing was a problem with my limited Portuguese!

Generally, Ibis' rooms around the world are not plenty of space, but everything was clean and nice. Help and care of staff, remarkable, very grateful to them. Great breakfast, high Variety of things. Will come back.

My 77-year-old mother had an object missing from her room and the way the management handled the situation was dismissive and inattentive. I changed my mother's hotel because I felt insecure. I don't recommend it and I will take legal action for what happened.

I had to ask for fresh towels They skipped cleaning all together the last day!!! Need English at front desk for those tourist that don’t speak Portuguese.ok just not friendly nor do they go out of their way to help you! No safe!

They make so little effort to be hospitable and friendly Most don’t speak English as far as the front desk goes..... it’s a chore for them to do anything quickly No safe in room very big minus! Overall it’s not bad but express hotel has them beat!

Budget by name and budget by nature
Busget by name,budget by nature. Pretty simple living snd not for me. I have basic needs but shower in the room,sink next to bed and box room toilet,with wooden board feeling bed made it a pretty poor stay.the noise from other guests at night and poor ground floor service,with poor breakfast with unhygienic envrionment made it a bad choice. Wont be staying again.

Check in was very smooth and fast. The room is clean and spartan, very basic but comfortable. Small table and chair and hangers for clothes. They have a locker facility which is very helpful since I got a tour for 2N and had to check back in again. Wifi is fast, building facilities are new.

Compact room perfect for someone in transit.
This hotel was exactly what I was looking for. Affordable, clean and comfortable while I waited for an international connection in Manaus. The front desk was very helpful and was able to lend us an outlet adapter at no charge for charging phones.

Excellent budget hotel with all the essentials
Fantastic value as per ibis. This is one of the newer ibis, the rooms are compact but comfy and comes with all the essentials we needed. The room is quiet and beds comfy. Air cons worked perfectly. The staff were very friendly, not all of them spoke English but they always found someone who can to help us. The area is a little away from the historic center but close to 2 large shopping malls. The long distance is a short ride away. We'd stay here again when we visit Manaus next time.
