“Quality of furniture in the apartment is really poor with one dining seat being dangerous and mattress on all beds poor. Showers are best left to run for at least 15 minutes till they heat up and was disappointed there was only the kitchen area to sit in which had no tv but one in main bedroom. Stairs are a killer and was not advised about available parking to the rear which I only found on our last night. Can’t fault how clean it all was and it was £100’s cheaper than everything else nearby.……

“We stayed at Chadwick Holiday Flats in Skegness for a short overnight visit and were really impressed. Even though check-in was supposed to end at a specific time, the owners were incredibly accommodating and allowed us to check in late without any issues. They even checked in with us afterwards to make sure we had settled in comfortably, which was a lovely touch. The beds were very comfy, and the flat had everything we needed for a relaxing night. “Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property.”
