“Property said pet friendly but when you got there said no dogs upstairs, not good when you have a dog with separation anxiety. Didn't find out until che k in details came through that there was no parking on the street the house is on. House was dirty. Tried to use hoover, it was totally blocked and not usable, had a broom but no dustpan so couldn't even do any cleaning of floors while there.”

“We stayed 2 nights here, the hot tub was clean and ready for when we arrived. The bed was very comfy! And everything was clean and tidy. The pod was Warm cosy and very private. The hamper was a cute addition! They provide a book of local things to do and places to eat which was helpful. They are things to do near by like lockdown escape rooms, Liverpool and Southport. Plenty of Ubers around too! We had a lovely few nights away x”

The table tennis table went down very well with the children and big children alike. The only minor suggestion would be to provide more toilet roll but overall we were very happy with our stay and would recommend to other families looking for a modern clean getaway.”
